Hey Guys,
I am looking for a way to get a report that will show me the average number of up interfaces up on a switch per day. It would be nice to have it in a line graph that i could keep for at least 4 months(typical school semester) at a time
The point really is that we are at a point where we need to replace all our network equipment on campus. When the network was originally designed WiFi really was not as well used. Now that it is most of our students are using instead or plugging in. So if i can get an aproximation of how many ports on average on a switch are used per day and be able to see that in graphical form then it would help me greatly.
So pretty much id like it to be able to show me something like the following:
Switch Name Avg Ports Used Daily Last Day Total Ports Available
Switch 1 15 48
Then when I click on a switch name it can give me the Avg Ports Used Daily Log for every single day. In a bar graph would be awesome.
Does anyone think they can help.
