How do you delete an APM template?

To delete an application template entirely go to [Settings -> SAM Settings -> Manage Templates] and select the template you'd like to delete and click the delete button. This will permanently delete this application template from SAM entirely.

If you're simply trying to remove an application template from a node click on the "Assigned Application Monitors" tab in the same location and select the application template assigned to the node you wish to remove and click the "Delete" button. This will simply remove the template from the node but the template will still be available to assign to other nodes if you wish to use it again in the future.
