APM 3.0 upgrade - Unexpected error occurred. Value was either too large or too small for UInt32

Hi Guys,

I am using APM process monitor - SNMP to monitor processes on our servers. I just upgraded to APM 3.0 and Im getting the error

"Unexpected error occurred. Value was either too large or too small for UInt32."

on approx half of my servers. I can walk the mibs, and I can discover the process using APM but when I test or apply the monitor I get the error message. I have logged a call with support but have not heard anything back yet.

Has anyone came across anything like this before?

There is a hotfix available for the specific issue you reported. Please open a support case and they should be able to get you the hotfix.

Support have replied with the below hotfix. I have applied the fix and my first test has been successfull

I am now waiting to see if APM will sort itself out or if I will have to reapply the monitors.

The hotfix worked a treat and APM is all back to normal now without having to do anything else.
