AppInsight for Exchange - Unknown Status

For a while now, our exchange application monitors have shown unknown state off and on. The typical errors we see is Performance counter not found, Unexpected error occurred. Invalid class or Unexpected error occurred. Out of Memory.

I have worked with Solarwinds support to a degree. We turned off polling in our second Solarwinds Platform. We have extended polling times from 300 sec to 600 secs, which helped for a day or so, but went back to the random unknown status. Every Poll we could have any where from 5-9 applications as unknown out of the 30 we monitor.

Looking for some insight, or ideas to help this application return good data.

Running 2020.2.1.
We are seeing random unknowns for statuses today and when SAM tests showing 'out of memory' but the poller's memory is fine as are the servers being polled.
It appears on one device polled and then another, and so on, one will go unknown and SAM template shows 'out of memory', then it returns and is green and another sam test on another server polled will then do the same. rinse and repeat.

These are single service checks etc... not a full appinsight.

Did you get to the bottom of this @jovazque or anyone else?
