can't email advanced alert in version 9!

I have Orion v9 and currently cannot get an email to work in an advanced alert. Testing the alert does not work. I configure the same alert in basic alerts, triple check the email settings and it works perfectly. The test and reset emails come through just fine.

Anyone else seen this?

One more thing. I noticed that the progress of the alert test does not show in the window.

Run the diagnostics tool and from the results look in the DB folder - > AlertTestLog.csv and also the AlertTest.csv for any clues.
