I have a collection of home grown java apps that are being monitored with SAM (or will be within the next 2 weeks) and I cannot find a way to trigger an alert on on of our key monitored items.
The MBean in question presents an integer at a specified interval, this integer will increment each time it is presented to SAM, if the integer does not increment I need SAM to alert. Can someone point me to the area of the Docs that I can set this up? Or could someone ponit me in the direction I need to go to resolve this?
