Open Source DB Backend Support?

Is there any consideration to supporting MySQL, SleepyCat (Berkley DB) or Postgres for this product?

I would doubt it - if you look at the DB, they're using a number of stored procedures - which IMHO don't port worth a hoot to the other DB's.
