Unable to add UCSE

I can ping the UCSE by hostname and IP. The SNMP information is also correct on the device. I'm not sure why I can't add it to SolarWinds for monitoring purposes.

Can you provide me with more info on what steps you have taken and if you have a screen shot of the error SW produces when you try to add the device?

Basically it's as if I'm adding any normal node like a router or switch. I go to settings to add the node and type in the hostname/IP. I select the SNMP and ICMP option, then enter the community string. When I run the test it comes back unsuccessful.

Two things have you tried just using the IP address instead of the dns name and have you verified no firewalls or ACLs are in place to restrict traffic?

Yes I have and there isn't any firewalls or ACLs obstructing it.
