interface bandwidth

which interface stat does Orion polling take for % utilization on Cisco gear? 30 Sec, 5 min ? When setting up alerts i only want to send one if the sustained bandwidth is 80% for over 10 minutes I poll our backbone CPE at 5 min, our premise L3 interfaces at 10

so the triger is have set up is

RecvPercentUtilization => 80 and i set the trigger delay to 5 min

the reset is

RecvPercentUtilization <= 70 and i set the trigger delay to 1 min

We poll the iftables for rolling values of inoctetes and outoctets, not Cisco calculated ones.
