Custom Page views

Hi,

I am in the process of monitoring certain things on all of our servers i.e cpu load and disk space available...

I have succesfully done this on the SAM application summary page.

I would like to create a custom pag for a selected user that's purpose is only to display certain info as referenced above...This user would have no admin access at all.

If i attempt to customise the Application summary page using this user account, it automatically updates the page for all users, is there any way that i can customise this page which would not effect the view for other users. I would not want to have to re-create a bunch of monitors and would prefer just to remove the ones i would not want to use.

Not a problem. You'll want to start by creating a new view for this user under [Settings - Add New View]. Name the view and select "Summary". Then click "submit". Add any resources to the page you want this user to see and customize them as necessary. When you're done creating and customizing the view you'll need to assign it to the user. [Settings - Manage Accounts] Select the user you want to assign the view to and click "edit". Under "Home Page View" select the view you created and click "submit".
