SQL Statement for All Down Nodes

I'm trying to create a SQL Statement that will pull all down Nodes into an Alert. I want to be able to send both what went down and all other nodes that are currently down. I've been able to accomplish this by using a web report but I’m unable to send a web report via an SMS message to my cell phone.
