Kindly guide me . Which report,alertor syslog I should check? in order to check if router's interfaces are having high packet loss

Packet Loss is been determined through ICMP Request . Check the reason if there is any delay due to network latency / or the packets are simply been rejected by the device if the device is busy to respond .

QoE will let you know what exactly is happening .

If I have to choose one option out of these then what would be the best to check why the router's interfaces are having HIGH packet loss using Solaris Orion.

The reports for HIGH utilization that is above your critical threshold
The alerts to verify which interface is dropping packets during the day
The syslog messages for any signs of packet loss that is occurring
The event reports to see when the packet loss is occurring
