Fortinet Devices

We have several devices of the brand Fortinet that are not reporting certain information corresponding to: CPU, Mem, etc.

I have read that this can be caused by the MIB. Can someone give me some idea?

We have NPM 12.0.1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.
