Charts not printable?

I'm trying to print out some information from APM using Internet Explorer 7. Nothing fancy. I'm just going to APM, selecting an application on a node, and clicking print in my browser. Everything comes out on my HP Color Laserjet 5500 except the charts. Is this by design or just a "me" thing?

Please pardon the picture. I'm no good at this corporate espionage thing. I always bring the worst camera phone.

This is not a problem for me. I can print the charts without a problem. I just double checked for you.

Well, that's odd. Printing works for me on both IE7 and Firefox 2. Have your tired printing multiple times? Does it never work or is it just not work sometimes?

The new charts in APM don't seem to print out from my Color Laserjet 5500, but the legacy charts in NPM print out just fine. This could be a print driver issue. That's why I wanted to know if it was just a "me" thing. I'm running Windows Vista Enterprise SP1. Anyone else have a similar configuration?

Sure enough the problem was print driver related. Changing my Print Driver from PCL 5 v61.53.25.9 to Post Script v61.71.661.41 solved the issue.
