unable to download Template from console

Getting below screen while downloading template into file. but its not downloading any thing.

Need help to download this, want to upload this file on Thwack.

You can upload templates directly to Thwack from within the product provided your Orion server has access to the internet.

The "Export as File" automatically downloads when complete. Often this can be confusing as some browsers don't show this download occuring within the browser itself, but rather in the download manager. I would check the default directory where files you download go to see if the template you exported is located there. Note, it sometimes takes a minute or two before the download starts.

I tried to export that template directly to Thwack, but after 30 min it still showing "Uploading application Templates..."

Hi raje.vijay@eclinicalworks.com‌ - Can you give this another shot? I had to restart the services on that server and I have successfully uploaded and downloaded during my testing. If it doesn't work, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
