We just upgraded from 10.0 to 10.1.1 and experiencing high response times on nodes that were not getting these alerts on version 10. Is anyone else having these issues and if so what is the fix?

I have been through this article and nothing has changed.
In that case, you might want to submit a technical support ticket, so we can figure out exactly what is happening.
