Hi everyone,
I can't seem to get through an initial install of NPM 10.0 SLX on a brand new server 2008. Everything seems to install fine until I get to the licensing screen and then it goes to hell. Even though my machine can connect to the internet fine I can't seem to connect to the keyserver. I can log into the customer portal from this server just fine though. So I decided to try the alternative method of licensing with an alternative computer, but the documented procedure doesn't work. The portal keeps asking for a unique machine ID and I have no way of knowing where to get this from. According to the documentation there is supposed to be some button I click to copy the unique machine ID but I have no idea where it is. I have no choice but to cancel out of the install and then it all fails and everytime I try to start the system manager I just get an error saying licensing failed and I can't do anything else.
