Need help creating app template for Orion NCM

I'm trying to configure a template for Orion NCM and I want to be sure I have all the processes, serevices and ports.

Here is what I have so far:

NCMSyslogService.exe

NCMTrapService.exe

SWOrionNCMPollingService.exe

SWOrionNCMInformationService.exe

Cofiguration-Management.exe

HTTP port -17777

 

What am I missing in the list that is unique to NCM? Thanks for the help.

Hi,

Configuration-Management.exe is not a service. As soon as someone will open/close the Network Configuration Manager on the server it will start/stop this process.

A Telnet monitor would more relevant for the information service listening on the port 17777 than a HTTP one.

Additionally you could add a HTTP monitor for the web site (by default 8888).

Otherwise it seems to be good.
