Realtime Bandwidth Gauges not working

When I click on the little realtime gauge on an interface nothing happens but an "error on page"

Below is the error.

I noticed a similar problem recently, and asked SW why this was happening. I was told to remotely view the realtime bandwidth guages, you need the Engineers Toolset installed, as the guages are pulled from there. Our Orion server has the ET installed, but my remote client doesn't, which means they work on the management console only.

I did say to SW that they should integrate just this feature into the Orion core, as it's a real pain when remote monitoring.

I recommend opening a support ticket to look into this further. Are you using SNMPv3? Real-time gauges don't work with SNMPv3
