Migrate SAM server

Dear; please your help, I need to migrate the server where I have installed the application and the database, currently they are on two server windows 2008 and I need to migrate to only one server 2012 both the bd and the application to the same server, obviously without losing information , please if you can help me with some tips or ideas Thank you
