How can I get my NPM to pickup my HSRP I created between my 2 Switches?

Hello kange0010

NPM doesn't monitor HSRP out of the box I'm afraid you would need to use a Univeral Poller to grab the OID and then it can monitor the State change for you. Alternatively, you could use syslog and alert on state changes.
