Adding Force10 (Turin) TE-50 to orion

Hi guys,

I'm having some problems adding the TE-50 to orion. It is picking up the device as a SNMP v1 and it is V2.

I receive the traps from the device. The traps are being sent as v2.

Is there anyway i can add this device properly so i can configure the alerts?

You should be able to right click on the device in system manager and select "node details" from there you can select v2c from the drop down and validate it against the node before applying it.

I tried selecting v2c but it tells me that the community string is not valid and that the device only accepts snmp v1.

Do you think there is a setting on the te-50 which has to be made?
