Uninstalling Solarwinds Toolset from Web Console?

Hey Y'all,

I installed Toolset for the web on my Solarwinds server.

Toolset tab now appears as a option on menu bar.

Co-workers do not like performance and is causing some connections to hang.

I have been researching how to uninstall and have found 2 options, Uninstall from control panel and below...

To uninstall Engineer's Toolset on the Web, remove the following programs:

• SolarWinds Active Diagnostics
• SolarWinds Collector
• SolarWinds Information Service
• SolarWinds Job Engine
• SolarWinds License Manager
• SolarWinds Orion Core Services
• SolarWinds Orion Improvement Program
• SolarWinds Orion Network Atlas
• SolarWinds Toolset v11.0.3

I don't really trust removing the above services/programs for I fear they maybe use by other Orion modules.

Anybody been down this road?

SolarWinds Toolset v11.0.3 is the only one NOT used by the other Orion modules!

• SolarWinds Active Diagnostics
  • this is used to collect diagnostics and send them to support

• SolarWinds Collector
  • This process collects stats and stores in the database

• SolarWinds Information Service
  • The heart of the product!

• SolarWinds Job Engine
  • Used for running longer-running jobs/tasks within solarwinds (e.g. some of the UDT collection processes. this might be going away)

• SolarWinds License Manager
  • Needed for license management

• SolarWinds Orion Core Services
  • This is all of the libraries used by pretty much everything else

• SolarWinds Orion Improvement Program
  • You might be able to get rid of this.

• SolarWinds Orion Network Atlas
  • the map-drawing client; not really needed on the server, but doesn't hurt
