Is it possible to have threshold ranges or multiple thresholds?

There are some monitored elements that we'd like to be able to set value ranges for thresholds. For example, UPS Output Voltage. We'd like to be able to set Warning threshold values to outside 112 to 118 and Critical thresholds outside 110 to 120. Is something like this possible?

Sorry about the delay; it's been a busy start to the year. Yes the question was about alerts. It sounds like we need to make two separate alerts for cases where the status is below a lower warning threshold or above an upper warning threshold. Such as when a voltage status is below 112 or above 117.

If your question is in the context of alerts then yes, this is possible.  Create a warning alert and a critical alert.  Type of property to monitor "Custom Node Poller".  Alert when custom poller status is over warning threshold for warning alert.  Alert when custom property is over critical threshold for critical alert.  Suppress warning alert when at or above critical threshold.  The threshold can even be a custom property.

from your question it is not clear to me, which NPM feature do you use. Is it Hardware health monitoring or you try to define a custom poller?

In principle, HWH pollers read only status of the devices - you have to set the threshold on the device

Custom pollers currently do not support thresholds.
