Monitoring a NAS share

I have just been asked to monitor a NAS share profile area.

For example we have lots of user's profile areas on a particular share but i was wondering if it's possible to alert when any folder goes above 1 GB for example?

Is this possible or would it need to be scripted? Anyone have any ideas on how we can script it?

This would be very useful for NAS capacity reporting.

I believe the "Directory Size Monitor" will fulfill this requirement nicely. Have you tried it yet?
