Creating/ Editing Groups

Hi all,

I have just installed Orion NPM, APM and NCM on some new servers, everything appears to be running fine, however when I go intoSettings and then click Manage Groups I get the headings but no options to edit or create anything.

I was wondering if anyone on here has experienced this problem before and if so, do you have any suggestions?

Thanks for the link to the guide/ information however it does not help and has not provided an answer to my probem.

The issue is that when I click on manage groups I receive a blank screen. I cannot create or edit groups.

Hi DG-

I checked the support logs and did not find a case like the one you are mentioning. If you are on active maintenance, open a support ticket.

Please reference this post when you speak to support. Also, please post back a case number and the answer you get from support.
