Check out page 30 on of the IPAM Admin guide: https://support.solarwinds.com/@api/deki/files/9937/OrionIPAMAdministratorGuide.pdf?revision=22

Basically you go to the manage subnets in the IPAM and multi-select the subnets you want to edit with the radio-button, and click edit. From there it's a matter of changing the engine etc.

Yes you just use the radio button on the left-hand side to multi-select the subnets you want to edit, then click the edit button.
