I noticed that the use of the variable ${LastTimeUp} in an APM reset actions is not accurate. In fact it's several hours into the future. Have I stumbled upon some kind of advanced APM predictive outage algorithm or is this just a bug?
The time reported in in UTC. If you happen to be on the east coast of the US, you can subtract 4 hours from this time to get your local time. This should be fixed in Service Pack 2.
