Not able to find the node in NCM

Hi,

we have added around 200+ devices recently into solar winds.

I am trying to schedule a new job for the nightly automatic back-up for around 50+ devices.

But there are  2 devices which I can't able to see in the NCM. But this devices are there in the NPM Summary.

When I try to take the manual-backup by going into the Node via NPM Summary for that 2 devices, I can't able to see

the Download option.

Kindly advice what is the issue here?How I can able to resolve this issue?

There's no Download option as they are not in NCM.

Have you tried to just manually add them to NCM?

You can do this by going to Settings, NCM Settings and then 'Add or Manage Nodes'.

Find the node on this page, tick the box for the node and Click on 'Add Nodes to NCM'.
