Issue with alerting on interfaces

I am trying to set up an alert on our SD-WAN box (CloudGenix ION 2k) to go off when Port 1 is down and Port 2 is up. I cannot get it to trigger at all.

What I want this alert to do: Port 1 is the device's primary connection. Port 2 is the back up connection. We want to be alerted when Port 1 is down and Port 2 is up...this will indicate if the device's primary is down and running on a back up.

Here's what I've got so far:

I have set to alert on just one device for testing purposes.

I have tried both "interface caption" and "interface name" with no luck.

I tried the same thing you have and got the same result. I reconstructed the Trigger Conditions and it worked for me.

Ignore the first response as it will not work correctly. See this screenshot. In this one, I used the Complex Conditions so that the alert fires when the status of both the Primary and Secondary interfaces are in the required state at the same time.

So now some weird stuff is happening with this alert...the alert will trigger for some nodes when BOTH port 1 and port 2 are down. I've tried turning the alert off then on again, but no luck. I have also tried deleting and re-adding the node. Do you have any other suggestions? It's effecting about 10 nodes.
