I have been unable to respond to any support case emails without my response bouncing. I have also been unable to email any standards-based mail accounts that are expected to exist in all @domains. Bounce messages are below.

Additionally, I have attempted to email "abuse@solarwinds.net" and "hostmaster@solarwinds.net" and both address bounce. Per RFC2142, "MAILBOX NAMES FOR COMMON SERVICES, ROLES AND FUNCTIONS", defacto standards exist for well known mailbox names; e.g. abuse@domain, hostmaster@domain, trouble@domain, postmaster@domain, etc.
| Various Internet documents have specified mailbox names to be used when reaching the operators of the new service; for example, [RFC822 6.3, C.6] requires the presence of a <POSTMASTER@domain> mailbox name on all hosts that have an SMTP server. For simplicity and regularity, it is strongly recommended that the well known mailbox name HOSTMASTER always be used. |
I have policies in place to SMTP blacklist all domains which do not conform to RFCs, for any reason. As I have been unable to communicate to ANY solarwinds.net email addresses, I have placed this domain on my radar for blacklisting.
