MSFT-MIB Getting Windows MIBs to work

Has anyone had any sucess with the MSFT-MIB? I can't get anything under 1.3.6.1.4.1.311 which is the microsoft area to return values with Microsofts default snmp agent. Has anyone esle got this working? There's alot of data there especially performance information I'd love to have. All I'm getting is the basic stuff of the old host resources mib.

Most everything under that OID has been depreciated and replaced with WMI. From what it looks like, the only thing that remains under that OID are IIS HTTP/FTP statistics.

I hope SolarWinds is going to consider creating a custom WMI poller module in a future version of Orion. I'm starting to get shown up by our MOM administrators.
