To monitor multiple databases in SAM, do you have to create a separate template for each and go down the list naming the endpoint on each component monitor for each templateapm_um, or is there a more flexible way to go about this?
You can copy/duplicate the components in the template and edit/modify them to suite your environment. Another option is to have a separate application template for each database hosted on the Oracle server. Mass modification of component monitors within an application template has been significantly improved in the next release of SAM which is currently in beta.
