Down Time Report with start and end time.

Hi,

We need to justification report for daily branch monitoring from responsible as approved format below,

Date	Branch / Offsite	IP Address	City	Branch Type	Average Availability	Total Outage in Hours	Start Time	End Time	Issue (Media / Power)	RFO
X/XX/2018	XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX	X.X.X.X	XXXXX	XXXXXXXX	82.18%	4:16

can we get above detail in system generated report .. although I made it but things stuck at "event time" i.e. Down time stamp and Up time stamp of a node in sequence.

Please help in this regard.
