Is there a way to turn off the nag banner at the top of the WebUI that informs you that your licenses are about to run out?

Kidding. My accounts are up-to-date, but perhaps unchecking the "Enable product update notifications from the Admin -> Product Updates page. Save that change, dismiss the banner and see if it comes back.
You might try the product updates section under the settings link in the upper right hand corner. There is a checkbox for enable product updates. Not sure if it applies to the license stuff or not. I think it may only be for versioning.
