Any kind of DHCP alerts?

Is there anyway to configure an alert using orion or any of the tools in the engineers toolset to configure an alert that will send an alert when a dhcp lease is obtained?

I have dhcp conflicts setup from Cisco syslog messages (DHCP on 3560s)

*DHCP address conflict* that is the syslog message pattern that alerts us if the same conflict happens twice in the same hour.
