Ports for additional poller to communicate with APM

We are going to implement APM in our environment. Due to some DMZ environment we want to implement additional poller into DMZ so poller in DMZ can fetch all information and send back to APM as in this scenario we do need to open ports on all server in DMZ and can allow communication between only server with poller installed.

I would like to know what ports are required for communication with additional pollers and APM so that we can monitor all serves from one console

APM monitoring makes use of WMI and requires use of RPC.

WMI communications will dynamically assign a port to use after talking over port 445. There is a Microsoft article that explains how to configure it to use a static port, when going through firewalls:

Instead you might decide just to use SNMP (port 161) to monitor certain services. See the APM Admin Guide on this:

I believe the question you were asking is what ports need to be opened if there's a firewall between my primary Orion server and my additional poller, correct?

The Additional poller will communicate directly with the SQL server over port 1433. You'll also want to ensure that the Primary Orion server and the additional poller can communicate over TCP port 17777, which is the information service port. These are the only two ports that need to be opened if you're placing an additional poller outside a firewall.
