What template/s in particular are you trying to configure? Are these out-of-the-box templates or ones you are creating yourself? The following excerpts from the Administrators Guide should get you pointed in the right direction for creating and customizing your own Linux/Unix/Nagios script monitors.

I need to know if I can monitor multiple clients on solarwinds? I have sam... but I need to know if that is enough or I have to buy a license for each client or I have to a special license for multi-tenant... Its kind of urgent... thanks a lot...

SAM can support the monitoring of multiple clients. This is not uncommon. You would use account limitations where appropriate to limit users to the nodes, applications, etc.they should have access to.
