i deleted a node from the solarwinds monitoring site, and now I'm getting endless alerts that the node is down. I tried to add it back and delete it again and that had no effect. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It sounds like you may be encountering a known issue with the new Web Based Alert Manager in SAM 6.2. Please open a case with support. They should be able to provide you with a fix.
Has this been fixed yet in any of the 11.0 updates?
I'm getting the same issue.
This issue should be resolved in the NPM 11.5.1 release.
