I've got a bunch of 3G Cellular and Satellite routers. These always appear on the top ten, even though their latency is normal for this type of circuit. Is there a way to define different classes of latency for different network types?

Multiple ways to solve probably. You need to filter the nodes shown in the specific top 10. Click the edit box and look a the examples to use in the filter box. This way you could create more than one top ten Response Time lists on your top 10 page. You can also filter on custom properties if you have them for your devices ie. one top ten could filtered on a property that only lists the 3G Cellular... another on Satellite etc. That way each would be a list of the top 10 in that category instead of a top 10 out of all your devices. This way you can see the slow routers in relation to their own category and response times.
Great, thanks
Good tip B. Eckler...
I've done something similar to this with our VMWARE systems.
I made a TOP 10 for VMWARE GUESTS systems based on a custom property filter Nodes.Region LIKE '%guests%'
and then the other is TOP 10 for VMWARE HOSTS systems based on the filter Vendor LIKE '%vmware%'
