Grouping Nodes in Solarwinds

Hi All,

I would like to take suggestions from all of you regarding grouping nodes in solarwinds. Mainly looking for hierarchical grouping like

• Datacenters
  • Firewalls
  • Switches
  • Servers
    • Linux
    • Windows
    • etc..

or by application

• Location
  • Application Name
    • Webserver
    • Database

Any suggestions ?

I group by several different custom properties, such as location, ownership, device type (ie, server, firewall, switch, load balancer, etc)
