Hi All
I know it sounds weird but today morning when i reached office i noticed all my applications are scattered and mapped to completely different templets
we have created couple of templates based on our division name for example say 'xyz_App' and all of the URL applications that i create get mapped/assigned to xyz_App template only
all of the sudden xyz_App templates have only a few URL applications and rest applications got mapped to other templates like templates of SQL/Windows services etc and xyz_App has many IIS application assigned to it which we never do
it happened with all the templates
any idea what went wrong it's really difficult to explain and convince Solarwinds Customer support
