Proxy rules for Solarwinds.com

Hi,

Our environment does not allow internet access by default so access to any external web sites has to be explicitly requested.

Would a single rule allowing access to *.Solarwinds.com cover licensing, thwack, customer portal integration and anything else Solarwinds related?

If not is there a list available i can use to build my rule request?

Thwack, the Customer Portal and Success Center are all part of the solarwinds.com domain, so allowng access to *.solarwinds.com should provide access to all solarwinds resources.

Got my HTTPS proxy rules applied which sorted most items but not all.

What still doesn't work:

THWACK

Some links reference www.thwack.com

http://www.thwack.com - 301 redirects to thwack.solarwinds.com

(about 40% of the homepage content is not hosted on a Solarwinds domain mostly amazonaws.com including a number of stylesheets and images making the page almost unusable.)

Manage Pollers (Thwack community pollers)

fails to load, loading the URL in Chrome is the same as above

Firmware Vulnerability data comes by default from:

http://static.nvd.nist.gov

Not complaining as i have been able to work around this but useful info for the next user with the same question.
