Correcting Daily Report in Orion

One of my end users is running a daily report to show all the plant machines that are running Scada. He included screenshots of him running report and the nodes running Scada, but when he runs the report nothing shows up. I ran the report to see if it's just permission rights or whatever, but the same thing is happening on my end. Not sure how to fix this.

Was there any upgrade done? Maybe u can try to re-create the report and see if its giving the same output.

Thank you for replying to me. After I logged into the server that was Orion, we discovered that the ram on the server was filling up and reached it's utilization point. I had our server team fix this issue and the report ran. The manager said he was getting the report in his email, but I guess the columns were too narrow. I emailed him back and let him know there was no way for us to fix this. The report is all jacked up, but it was working for what he was able to use it for.
