ERROR in EVENT VIEWER IN MY ORION CORE SERVER

Question

I see below error in my event viewer of solarwinds orion main server. Please let me know does this effect my database or orion services. If so how can i fix this

SqlException: Connection Timeout Expired.  The timeout period elapsed while attempting to consume the pre-login handshake acknowledgement.  This could be because the pre-login handshake failed or the server was unable to respond back in time.  The duration spent while attempting to connect to this server was - [Pre-Login] initialization=0; handshake=20016;

Attempted the recommendation above and this did not fix the issue. Do not try this as it will severely affect your applicable SolarWinds services.

try this Connection timeout issue with .NET Framework 4.6.1 – TransparentNetworkIPResolution – SQL BI / Data Access Technologies

You need to add TransparentNetworkIPResolution = False in connection strings in C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SWNetPerfMon.db file
