Troubleshooting Generic Web Server

I've got an app monitor which used to work, but now suddenly returns down with

Testing on node NODE: failed with 'NotAvailable' status

Access denied, authorization failed.

I've verified by going to the page manually that the credentials work. Is there some way for me to view the web page that APM is getting? Maybe there is some message in there that would help me see what is wrong...

I had a support ticket open for a different issue, but that solution seems to have fixed this as well.

In this case, you should probably open a Support ticket.
