Oleg, the screenshot you have posted is not data from an Orion APM application monitor. That is the Orion NPM CPU Load & Memory Statistics Resource. It shows realtime Orion NPM Node performance data.
This resource seems to have a small bug that displays 90%+ as red bars all the time. I'll report it as a bug.
To repeat, though, this Orion NPM resource has nothing to do with any of your Orion APM applications or component monitors. It is just some NPM information about the node that is displayed as a convenience for you.

Are we looking at a component monitor? What is your threshold set to?
Yes. Warning 80%, Critical 90%
If Critical = 90%, and your free space is 95%, it'll be critical. You can change the operator from "greater than" to "less than".

I have available 95% memory, and It's critical?
I discovered that someone reported this issue before, and the developers are already aware of it.
