SAM 6.2.0 > 6.2.1 - Website Configuration Failed

I upgraded from 6.2.0 to 6.2.1 and SAM console is entirely down. I opened a ticket as urgent but no response yet. case# 851398

Error message happened during configuration towards the end of the upgrade/install. Screenshot attached
