IIS Appinsight Certificate Expiration Alert

Can someone tell me how to create a monitor for just this component?

Its not registered as a select-able component to build a trigger from what I can tell.

This is the SSL Certificate Expiration Date Monitor which can be added to virtually any application template.

Right. But I was hoping for IIS AppInsight automation/discovery/alerting. Like SCOM.
