NCM Management

Having trouble setting up NCM management on 3 out of 7 firewall nodes. The connection profile is the same for all of the boxes, but for some reason 3 of the nodes are failing the connectivity test with the following errors:

"Test Failed Connection Refused by IP (10.X.X.X)", and Test Failed. Timeout"

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Check the acls on those boxes and compare it with those that are working. Maybe there are some permissions missing.

pretty sure the issue is on the device side, not on NCM

Had the same sort of issue - I had to make the firewall admins that I needed SNMP to device and not through the device.
